There are also Russian offerings. Every sale involves several complex factors such as mission requirements, the aircraft's technical features, financial constraints, delivery schedules,rnpolitical ramifications, technology transfer issues, and local jobs. Several nations are interested in purchasing such aircraft in the near future.
