Flug Revue reported in February 2004 that the GTDAR consortium had been awarded a EUR60 million ($71 million) contract for Phase 2B. This contract is believed to cover antenna and system integration, ground and flight testing, and multichannel signal processing, and at the time work under the contract was expected to be completed in 2008.
