Those providing information services to the commercial sector will be familiar with the Euromonitor market reports not least for the demands the purchase of these volumes makes on already stretched acquisition budgets. Publishers justify the high cost of such publications on the grounds of the work involved in collecting and collating the wide range of information contained in the reports and, of course, the value of that information to a sector where information is directly related to profit. That the Euromonitor reports have come to be regarded as an essential tool for commercial information services is clear proof of the importance which the commercial sector attaches to these publications.
