摘要

The time has come tor some changes to occur with the Editors of the Journal. Professor George Apostolakis has withdrawn from his role as Editor-in-Chief, in view of the new professional position that he is now taking.rnGeorge has been in the position of Editor since 1988, taking over from R. Farmer, and during this period he gave a major contribution to the development of the Journal. Sooner or later, time catches up with us, and George has now accepted a new challenging activity. I would like to acknowledge his important contribution in steering the journal and I wish him all the best in his new functions.
