Two more large importers of recyclables - India and Indonesia - indicate they'll ban some types of materials from coming to their ports, but additional pronouncements add murkiness to the situation. Indonesia, meanwhile, in late March announces restrictions on recovered paper imports, but the country then opts to delay the action indefinitely (keep up with that evolving story at resource-recycling.com).
