As a board member tor the Maryland Recycling Network and a state representative, Andrew Cassilly sits in a unique position when it comes to crafting legislation. "I can throw it out there for industry professionals and say 'What do you think of this? If you don't like it, we won't push for it,'" he said. "They have a front line conduit, if you will, to the legislative body, and I get kind of a backseat tour of the inner workings of the recycling industry."
