Cumberland Engineering Corp.'s newest single-shaft pipe shredders come available in two models and were developed to reduce unplasticized polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene or polypropylene piping up to 47 inches in diameter. The 20-ton CPS1000 has a 21-foot-long by 33-inch-wide feed opening and can consume pipe up 19.5-feet long and 31-inches in diameter. The 25-ton CPS1500 can accept pipe up to 19.5-feet long and 47 inches in diameter, thanks to its 21 -foot long, 51-inch wide feed opening.
