Requires electronics manufacturers to provide the state information about their products being sold in state, and prove, via documentation, that the product being sold meets all hazardous material regulations established by the Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive (passed General Assembly, enrolled to Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger).
