摘要

Like most professionals, multi-family recycling program managers can learn a great deal from each other's experiences, but rarely take the time to do so. With cross-pollination in mind, the Northern California Recycling Association (NCRA) recently conducted a survey designed to encourage program managers to codify important aspects of their programs and to help set a baseline for multi-family programs everywhere. Given that many of the respondent cities and authorities overlap, and many important questions were either unanswered or apples were provided where oranges were requested, the survey results are not statistically reliable. However, the respondents did provide some excellent insights and innovations.
