摘要

To discuss the influence of different activation and microdissolve methods for the tensile properties of hemp/cotton blended yarns. The steps are as follows, treated fabrics and hemp fibers with pretreatment and LiCl/DMAc microdissolution, fibers were analyzed by FT-IR and XRD methods, tensile properties of yarns were tested by Instron. The result shows that the main groups have no obvious changes in fibers, cellulose derivative reaction has not been found during microdissolution. The yarns' breaking force increases and elongation decreases in different degrees except craft one, the greatest increase of the breaking force of treated yarns reached 46.4%.
