摘要

In order to clarify the problems in the repeatability and reproducibility of BioRID-Ⅱ dummies, we conducted the HYGE sled tests to compare BioRID-Ⅱ and Hybrid-Ⅲ dummies. The differences in responses attributable to the different structures were observed between BioRID-Ⅱ and Hybrid-Ⅲ. For the repeatability and reproducibility of the dummies used for evaluation of rear impacts, it is important to evaluate not only the dummy responses but also the interaction between the dummy, the seat and head restraint.
