摘要

We established a technology for using all olefin mater- ials for Honda's original vacuum formed, covered instru- ment panels. While maintaining their design properties, that allows the production of 100/100 recyclable instru- ment panels. While eliminating the need for material separation work during material recycling, e have also been able to show that this technology has the potential for closed recycling in the future. Furthermore, subjects to be examined in the future to facilitate the realization of recycling include the design and development of con- struction that allows easy disassembly, market recovery systems and the construction of a recycling infrastruc- ture.
