A high‐voltage divider consisting of twelve 2.5 megohm units enclosed by metal spinnings is modified to have good frequency response up to 200 kc. This is done by compensating for the capacity of the spinnings to ground by introducing an appropriate capacity from the spinnings to the high‐voltage source.
