摘要

As the nation's infrastructure ages, agencies at all levels are tasked with maintaining and rehabilitating their infrastructure. Construction costs are increasing, and it is becoming more costly to perform complete removal and replacement of existing pavements. In addition, sustainable construction practices are coming to the forefront in an effort to recapitalize on the initial public investment that was made in the original pavement decades ago. It is important these sustainable construction practices reuse the existing materials already on-site in a cost-effective manner.
