The DR-46 is an attenuating device used to protect motorcyclists during a fall or collision from a lateral impact against guardrail posts. The design, shape and material used in the DR-46 creates a system that absorbs impact energy and allows the impacting motorcyclist to be redirected away from the rigid steel guardrail posts. The DR-46 Motorcycle Attenuating System is a proven product that has been used around the world to greatly reduce the potential for fatalities and serious injuries to motorcyclists who have fallen from their motorcycles.
