The new high-output 6.7-L Turbo Diesel for Ram Heavy Duty pickup trucks by Cummins Inc. produces more torque where customers need it most, up to a peak of 800 lb-ft at 1,600 rpm. Power is increased across a wide speed range of 1,200-2,700 rpm. This delivers up to 46 additional horsepower at typical highway cruising speeds while maintaining 350 hp at 3,000 rpm. Along with the new 800-lb-ft torque rating, the Turbo Diesel continues to offer the most powerful integrated exhaust brake available in a heavy-duty truck. Cummins' integrated exhaust brake offers a full 222 braking hp at the wheel.
