摘要

Computer method for improved evaluation of the generalized vibration density of states (OVDS) is proposed. It is based on Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) technique and gives the possibility for more precise analyses of the neutron double differential scattering cross section. The method was applied to zirconium hydride investigation. The results were presented for ZRH_(1.6)U_(0.32) sample at various temperatures on time-of-flight (TOF) spectrometry at IBR-2 reactor of JINR-Dubna and were compared to GVDS obtained by traditional mono-phonon approximation method.
