摘要

The influence of the thermal treatment on the GMR effect was studied in Co-Cu inhomogeneous alloys. Samples were obtained by different methods such as: Co-Cu over-saturated solutions prepared by melt spinning; Co-Cu heterogeneous electro-deposited alloys. Many types of thermal treatments were used. The electric resistance as a function of the applied magnetic field was measured for all samples before and after annealing. In order to make the structure evident X-ray investigations were made in all types of samples. It was found that the influence of anneal ing on the GMR in Co-Cu structures is different in samples prepared using different methods.
