Theatre workers are being encouraged to use a new reporting tool to help improve health and safety in venues. The Incident Enquiry Form was launched in February, after several months in development. Theatre workers can use the document to report incidents, accidents and near misses on an anonymous basis. Information will be held in a database managed by the cross-industry Theatre Safety Committee, which will provide regular reports for discussion by industry representatives.
