摘要

The book is sub - titled The Golden Years'. In fact it is doubtful if we will see much if any such aircraft again with the enormous cost these days of the development of new aircraft. If you are not familiar with this series, Its task is twofold. Firstly it hopes to inform you of things you might not know about regarding various aircraft and secondly to encourage the modeller to add some of them to their collection. The book is divided into four chapters, each one covering a ten year period. After an introduction each aircraft is the subject of either a colour profile or some four - view artwork, both with extensive captions. I do not intend to count how many, however it is doubtful that any one modeller could possibly make them all in a lifetime.
