Roden initially released Junkers D. I in 1/72 scale, both in thernshort and long fuselage versions. This 1/48 kit represents the short-fuselage version, with the long-fuselage version just released from Roden. The kit is well moulded and the external corrugations are very well executed.rnThe kit comes with markings for two aircraft - one of the early production aircraft in simple green and mauve camouflage, and another found post war with a brown fuselage and a white and blue fuselage band. As usual, Roden's instructions are very clear, and all paint numbers are provided in the Humbrol range.
