Anew chapter was added to the history of the Indian Science News Association (ISNA) when the January-February 2013 issue of Science and Culture was released on 6th January 2013 during the historic 100th session of Indian Science Congress held in Kolkata by Shri Sekhar Basu, Director, Bhabha Atomic Research Centre at the Saha Institute of Nuclear Physics (SINP) auditorium, Salt Lake, Kolkata. The issue was released during the inaugural programme of the "Public Outreach Seminar on Atomic Energy" organized by the Department of Atomic Energy (DAE) as a part of the Indian Science Congress programme.
