Gangetic dolphin which is also known as Ganges River dolphin is a very rare species of mammal endemic to the Ganges and Brahmaputra river system in India. Its scientific name is Platanista gangetica gangetica and is commonly known as 'Susu' in India. It is also known as 'Fresh Water Tiger'.
