Bianchi type-Ill cosmic string cloud cosmological model when the field of gravitation is governed by perfect fluid is investigated in Rosen's bimetric theory of gravitation. To complete determinate solutions, the condition, viz, A = (BC)~n where n is a constant between the metric potentials is used. It is observed that the Bianchi type-Ill cosmological model does not accommodate cosmic string coupled with perfect fluid. Here only vacuum model can be obtained.
