摘要

The aim of this paper is to find common fixed point theorems in fuzzy 2-metric space by using notion of absorbing maps. In this paper we demonstrate the necessity of absorbing maps to find a common fixed point in fuzzy 2-metric spaces. Our result generalizes some known results of finding common fixed points of four mappings or sequence of mappings satisfying contractive type conditions in fuzzy metric spaces.
