In this paper second order fuzzy sets and fundamental definitions associated with second order fuzzy sets are introduced. Second order fuzzy topologicai spaces are defined and some interesting connections between first order fuzzy topologicai spaces (fuzzy topologicai spaces) and second order fuzzy topologicai spaces are discussed.
