The stability of stratified visco-elastic Walter's (Model B′) dusty fluid in a porous medium in the presence of magnetic field has been investigated. Important results obtained in this paper include the instability of non-oscillatory modes, and the stability of oscillatory modes. It is also found that system is stable for β < 0 and unstable for β > 0 underrncertain conditions.
