摘要

The practical performance of any sampling plan is generally revealed through its operating characteristic curve. In order to minimize the cusomer 's risk, the ideal OC curve could be made to pass closely through (AQL, 1 - α) instead of (IQL, 0.50) as mentioned by Norman Bush et. al. (1953), by considering the tangent of the angle between the lines, joining between the points (AQL, 1- α), (AQL, β) and (AQL, 1 - α), and (LQL, β). In this paper, Procedures and necessary tables are provided for the selection of Bagchi's Two level Chain Sampling Plan through minimum angle criteria involving producer and consumer quality levels.
