摘要

This paper investigates a vorticity of steady laminar flow of viscous in-compressible fluid through a porous medium bounded by an open inclined channel. The free surface of the fluid is exposed to the atmospheric pressure. Fourier transform technique has been used to solve the problem. Analytical expression for velocity and vorticity of the flow has been obtained and the effects of permeability parameter, K on the vorticity of fluid flow has been represented graphically and interpreted thereof.
