摘要

The Jacobi-Davidson method consists of two major parts: the Davidson part, where an eigenproblem is projected on < small subspace, and the correction equation part, where orthogonalization is operated. However, the orthogonalizatioi can be a bottleneck when many eigensolutions are sought at once. In this study, electronic structure calculations an tested with the aim of reducing orthogonalization costs without sacrificing computational efficiency. As a result, thi correction equation without the right projector appears to be promising.
