The U.S. Army is learning some tough lessons through its migration to the Enterprise Email system, according to the service's deputy chief information officer, Mike Krieger. The Army has transitioned more than 70,000 users to the new system, which is expected to offer several advantages, including anywhere, anytime access to email and permanent email addresses for users. Krieger and some other senior personnel have been among the first migrating to the new system.
