摘要

Changes in the composition of lipids from different types of peats and their antioxidant properties after mechanochemical treatment were investigated. It was found that mechanical action on peat leads to an increase in the total number of antioxidant groups with different reactivity, which is related to a change in the structure of lipids. The storage of lipids also increases their antioxidant properties due to the formation of the new associative centers of inhibition.
