Squeak-Squeak ... Squeak-Squeak . . . Squeak-Squeak ... rings the familiar sound of the proverbial soapbox being once again rolled into service. The Court of Irks, Peeves, and General Gripes (CIPGG) is now in session. For those who are so open-minded that gray matter occasionally falls from one's head, read on, indulge, enjoy, write a letter and even smirk if you so choose. Recent events have caused this Court to review its November 1994 finding concerning "Lawyers, Accountants and Other Nonproductive Entities." Such review has determined that, in certain cases and of growing concern, "Purchasing" may be additionally classified as a Nonproductive Entity. It is beyond the scope of today's treatise to enter into discussions concerning legal definitions of "may, should and shall," partially in the name of being polite and partially because it "should" be intuitively obvious.
