BREMEN, Germany — A dayafter a SpaceX executive expressed doubts that his com pany would be able to carryout its first commercial crewtest flight before the end of theyear, NASA issued an updatedschedule that delayed thatmission to 2019.In an Oct. 4 statem ent,NASA said the revised datefor the uncrewed test flight ofSpaceX^ Crew Dragon spacecraft was now January 2019.The vehicle could be readyfor launch in December, theagency added, but scheduled itfor January "to accommodatedocking opportunities at theorbiting laboratory.
