Congress has passed the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2018, and the bill is expected to become law in the coming days. The space-related provisions in the NDAA continue to stir controversy and some of the language has clearly shaken some offices at the Pentagon. Now that the cake is baked, the question is what comes next. Reorganizing even small portions of the Defcnse Department's massive bureaucratic machine can be daunting.
