Telespazio and its parent company, Finmeccanica, are proposing to finance most of the rcmaining costs of building and launching Italy's Sicral 1B military telecommunications satellite in return for the rights to market a portion of the satellite's payload to selected customers, Telespazio Chief Executive Giuseppe Veredice said.
