ND Satcom, a subsidiary of satellite-fleet operator SES, has purchased a majority stake in Glo-com, a Middle East provider of digital broadcasting hardware and services, ND Satcom and SES announced Oct. 10.rnIndustry officials said Friedrichshafen, Germany-based ND Satcom, which provides commercial and military satellite communications ground hardware, is purchasing a 51 percent share of Glocom with an option to buy the remaining 49 percent in five years.
