Integral Systems Inc. of Lanham, Md, will supply a satellite control system for Asia Satellite Telecommunications Co. Ltd. (AsiaSat) under a contract announced by the companies Feb. 12. AsiaSat, based in Hong Kong, operates the AsiaSat 2, AsiaSat 3S and AsiaSat 4 satellites, which provide communications service across Asia. AsiaSat 2 is a Lockheed Martin Series 7000 platform, while AsiaSat 3S and AsiaSat 4 are based on the Boeing 601HP platform.
