One of Space Exploration Technologies Corp.'s (SpaceX) longer-serving executives is stepping down to launch a consulting practice in April. Larry Williams, SpaceX's Washington-based vice president for strategic relations, described his new venture, Capture 10, as a strategic business development firm focused on "creating and pursuing new billion-dollar markets, most commonly with some governmental focus." Williams opened SpaceX's Washington Operations in 2004 and was responsible for the Hawthorne, Calif.-based startup's government relations and international business development.
