Telecommunications Systems (TCS) of Annapolis, Md., will provide satellite communications equipment and related support and services to U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Command under a contract potentially valued at $19 million, the company announced Aug. 1. Under the contract, whose base value is $700,000, TCS will provide both secure and nonsecure Internet Protocol router very small aperture terminals and related support, the company said. The procure-ment is funded under the Army's Warfighter Information Network-Tactical program, the company said.
