Sir, In connection with the 50th anniversary of the first man in space, here is a superb image of Yuri Gagarin practising Morse code with Valentina Tereshkova, the first woman in space. My copy came from the Astronomical Observatory at Kharzhali, Bulgaria, a few years ago via fellow licensed radio amateur Andy Thomas (G0SFJ).
