The last Space Shuttle launch will be the STS-135 flight of Atlantis currently planned for mid-July 2011. The three flown Space Shuttles following retirement will all go to museums in the USA (Spaceflight, June 2011, p216). It is interesting to note when the Concorde aircraft was retired, prematurely I will add, two Concorde aircraft were sent to museums in the USA.
