摘要

株式会社半谷製作所は，平成28年度「ものづくり大賞」を受賞した.当社の品質管理活動を紹介する.半谷製作所では，全社員を挙げてのTPM(Total Productive Maintanace)活動の推進や，人財育成に力を入れている.本論文では半谷製作所の概要を紹介，「ものづくり大賞」の受賞対象となったQAと QM マトリックスを利用したオイルパンの品質改善の取り組みについても紹介する.%Hanya Seisakusho Co.,Ltd.has been awarded Monozukuri Taisho from the Society of Plant Engineers in Japan in 2016.This paper presents practical activity of quality control received for this award in this company.Activity for TPM(Total Productive Maintanace)is promoted by all employees and educational programs for human resources is actively introduced in this company.In this paper,the characteristics of production activity in this company is introduced first.Then,the activity of quality control using QA and QM matrix is explained to improve quality of oil pan for automobiles,which is mainly subjected to the award.
