Laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery has become widely accepted recently. However, the oncological validity of this surgery has not yet been well analyzed, especially for advanced cancer. The aim of this study is to assess the clinical outcome of laparoscopic surgery for stage II/III colorectal cancer in our hospital.
