摘要

Intelligent Transport is one of the major components of CERTU's activities to promote a sustainable city and raise awareness on related topics. In order for each city dweller to easily choose a means of transportation suited to every moment of their daily lives with consideration for their "environmental footprint," they must have access to tools they can use to go through with their choices. Ticketing is one of the most effective tools among the range of possible systems and adjustments to be made (network organization, development of infrastructures, selection of vehicles, operation and information, etc.). This is why we have chosen to present the most recent innovations in the field in this issue.%Parmi les activités du CERTU destinées à promouvoir une ville durable et à diffuser les savoirs correspondants, les Transports Intelligents forment l'un des volets majeurs. Offrir à chaque citadin toute facilité pour choisir un moyen de transport adapté à chaque moment de la vie quotidienne en tenant compte de son «empreinte écologique» passe par la mise à disposition des outils de concrétisation de ces choix. Parmi la palette des systèmes et des aménagements envisageables (organisation des réseaux, aménagement des infrastructures, choix des véhicules, exploitation, information, ...) la billettique est l'un des outils les plus efficaces. C'est pourquoi nous avons choisi de vous présenter ici les plus récentes innovations de ce domaine.
