A specialist in needlefelt carpeting, Foss Floors, has ordered what will be its fourth production line to be supplied by the DiloGroup (see also, page 7). DiloGroup of Eberbach, Germany, says that needlefelt floor coverings are becoming increasingly popular with architects and contractors for use in homes and commercial buildings. The company has worked with Foss Floors of Rome, Georgia, USA, to tailor a line to the carpet manufacturer's requirements. Foss Floors manufactures its floor coverings at its three production facilities in Rome and Chatsworth, Georgia, using polyethylene terephthalate (PET) fibre made from recycled bottles.
