Despite boasting growth rates of around 25% a year, the market of digital textile printing remains a comparatively small part of the overall textile printing market, with estimates putting it at between just 1% and at best 5% of the whole. However, advances in digital printing technology were without a doubt the most noteworthy developments during the last ITMA exhibition (held in Milan, Italy, on 12-19 November 2015) where exhibits were shown that have implications all along the manufacturing chain.
