Mitsubishi Rayon Co Ltd of Tokyo, Japan, has purchased composites design, engineering and prototyping firm Gemini Composites LLC of Seattle, Washington State, USA. The purchase will strengthen MRC's capability to develop and supply carbon fibre-reinforced sheet moulding compounds (CFSMCs).
