Print Census was a major global survey of the industrial print industry - undertaken by the Federation of European Screenprinters Associations (FESPA) of Reigate, UK - with its latest findings having been announced during the Federation's principal exhibition-FESPA 2015 Global Expo, which was held in Cologne, Germany, on 18-22 May 2015. Conducted between May 2014 and April 2015, the survey says customer demand is driving the efforts of equipment suppliers to: improve the efficiency of processing; enable faster job turnaround; provide just-in-time delivery; allow delivery to the point of need; create versioning/per-sonalization. Adoption of digital processing (including production systems, workflows, automation and web-to-print technology) is motivated by these expectations.
