But Reena Mital learns why therncountry's industry is more cautiousrnThe Indian Government's Ministry ofTextiles is upbeat about the huge road infrastructure development happening across the country. Overall, the Government has allocated Rs 3925 billion (US$78.5 billion) for road infrastructure during its eleventh Five-Year Plan, which runs until 2012. According to estimates by the Ministry, this could mean a textiles market potential of as much as Rs21.25 billion (US$425 million) for the same period.
